Mr Said Mtanda, the Mwanza Regional Commissioner, stated, “Directors who fail to submit employees’ contributions will be arrested because no one is above the law.” He further noted, “If contributions are not submitted, retirees face serious challenges.” This reflects a broader effort to ensure that workers’ rights are upheld.

Mrs Lucy Nyanda emphasized the impact of this situation on families, saying, “Our students are studying while hungry. During this Workers’ Day period, parents should make an effort to contribute food for students at school.” Meanwhile, Mr Egbert Ngowo highlighted the importance of timely collection of contributions for member satisfaction.
